These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to damagetodollars.net and its subdomains (including store.damagetodollars.net and courses.damagetodollars.net), and to every program, product, coaching call, community and download offered by Damage To Dollars (“Damage To Dollars,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

Damage To Dollars sells educational training about starting and running water restoration and related businesses, including online courses, templates, scripts, guides, group community access and coaching calls. Everything we provide is education and general information. It is not legal, tax, insurance, accounting or financial advice. Talk to a licensed professional in your state about your specific situation.

2. No guarantee of income or results

We do not promise that you will earn any money or land any job. Any income figures, checks, job values or student stories on our site are examples, not typical results. Your results depend on your effort, market, experience, startup money, local rules and many other factors. Please read our full Earnings Disclaimer.

3. Licensing, insurance and the law

Rules for restoration work differ by state and city. Some states license mold assessment and remediation, and some jobs require insurance, permits or contractor licenses. You are responsible for checking and following the laws where you work. We teach ethical work only and do not support insurance fraud, inflated claims or storm-chasing practices.

4. Payments and all sales final

Prices are shown at checkout. Because you get immediate access to digital training and materials, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires otherwise. Instead of refunds, eligible 6-Figure Launchpad members are covered by the 120-Day Action Promise below.

5. The 120-Day Action Promise (6-Figure Launchpad)

If you buy the 6-Figure Launchpad, complete all module assignments, follow the outreach plan for 120 days from your purchase date, and still have not landed your first paid restoration job, contact us at info@damagetodollars.us with proof of your completed assignments and outreach. We will then keep working with you through additional 1-on-1 coaching until you land your first job. The Action Promise is extra coaching support. It is not a refund, cash payment or guarantee of income, and it does not apply to other products.

6. Coaching calls

Coaching calls included with a program are booked through our scheduling page. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed calls without notice may not be rebooked.

7. Your access and our content

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as Damage To Dollars offers the program. Your login is for you alone. Do not share it, resell our materials, or copy, record or redistribute our videos, templates or scripts. You may use templates and scripts in your own business. All content belongs to Damage To Dollars and is protected by copyright. We may remove access, without refund, for sharing logins, redistributing content or abusive behavior in the community.

8. Community rules

Be respectful, don’t spam or sell to other members without permission, and don’t post anything illegal or misleading. We may remove posts or members who break these rules.

9. Texts and emails

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your purchase, appointments and offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Limits on our liability

Our site and programs are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Damage To Dollars is not liable for any lost profits, business losses, property damage, injuries or other damages that come from using our training or running your business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
