About the numbers you see
- Checks and job values shown on our site come from James Rice-Peña’s own restoration company, FL Cleanup, which has operated since 2016 with an experienced crew. They are not results from students.
- Math examples, such as “two jobs a month at $5,000 each,” are illustrations to explain how the business works, not predictions of what you will make.
- Stories from people James has mentored are their individual experiences and are not typical.
What your results depend on
Your results depend on your own effort and consistency, your local market and competition, your experience and skills, the money you have to start, your relationships with referral partners, licensing and insurance rules in your state, and many other things we don’t control.
